For over 25 years EES Data have provided estimating software, data and weekly electronic update information services to many of the UK's leading Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Contractors. The EES Data software system has been designed and developed over this period of time by engineers who have worked in the Electrical & Mechanical engineering industry.

Our software will operate multi-user across a network on Microsoft Windows 2000, 2003, XP and the new Windows 7operating systems. The software can also be configured to operate through terminal services for operation by remote access. The software will also run stand-alone for single user PC operation.

The software is provided with dedicated full in-house support on the entire system. Electronic remote connection assistance screen to screen forms part of this service. Support is supplied on an all inclusive low cost monthly subscription service. This provides the user with Weekly Database Updates, On-going Telephone Help and Assistance, Screen to Screen support and importantly we also supply regular Program Upgrades. This ensures all our users are operating on the very latest version of the software. There is no extra annual charge for program upgrades these are provided as part of the low cost monthly subscription service.

The EES Data estimating software system with database information service is recognised by some of the countries leading Wholesale Distributors as a unique source of systems information. Our software and data information sytems are recommended for use by The BSS Group PLC for Mechanical Engineering and Plumbing supplies and by Newey & Eyre for electrical supplied equipment. Both groups of companies actively promote our software and data information systems.

EES operate strict control procedures in accordance with our ISO management Systems. This complies with British Standard ISO9002 and includes regular reviews, internal and external audits, data distribution and control, virus prevention and detection, inspection, document control, non conformance and customer support and assistance procedures. We are audited by an external body throughout each year to ensure we are maintaining a quality of service to meet the requirements of the standard and that of our clients and customers.

EES Data offer two levels of professional software for Estimating and Project Management. Each system has been designed to be easy to use and upgradable to the next version.

System Level 1. The EES Data PRO System designed for use by all contractors estimating for any kind of project works to any value including major projects that may be in excess of a million pounds in tender value. This system includes all the features that contractors would expect in a heavy weight estimating package including B of Q take off.

System Level 2. The EES Data PRO+PLUS System designed for use by contractor that also wish to operate a system with all the features as described above PLUS Project Management and Control. Project Management modules include Application for Payment, Job Cost Monitoring and Control and we also offer a full Stock Ordering Replenish and Control system.
