EES Applications for Payment Module. A upgraded version is now available for download version 3.87G. This module is part of the estimating Plus system covering the EES Data Project Management Software. The EES Data payment application solution is a must for anyone submitting monthly application for payments. The preparation, monitoring and submission of applications for payments has never been easier to create and control. It will monitor % of works comlete and keep tabs on additional works i.e variations to contract and similar. The application system links to Estimating to bring across tender values by section and sub section. This module is simple to use and maintain and produces a well laid out reports for direct submission to the client. This module also monitors and reminds of retentions monies still owed.

EES Labour Install Times Guides. The EES Software now includes a printable Electronic Book detailing Man Hour Labour guidance install times for both Electrical and Mechanical installation services. Install times cover a wide range of all general equipment for use in Commercial and Industrial situations.

EES Stock Control. A fully Comprehensive Stock Management system is available that links with the EES Database and system modules. This system allows the user to Monitor and replenish stock levels. This module links to the EES Order management system. Users can order direct from stock and specify site delivery address.

EES Job Cost Project Control. Monitor on-going costs against live projects. This system links with the EES Estimating package and the EES Order and Stock Control systems. Weekly Time sheet costs for labour, as well as weekly orders placed are logged against the live project. Cost analysis reports are displayed to present the present cost state of the project against the tendered sum.
